📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure accurate inventory tracking and reporting using software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Process customer transactions and maintain customer records using POS systems like Clover or Square.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent service and resolving issues promptly.
• Prepare and maintain store documentation, including sales receipts and inventory reports.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer transactions and sales processes.
• Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
• Assist in training new staff and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail or administrative role, preferably in a jewelry or precious metals store.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and POS systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proven ability to maintain accurate and detailed records.
• Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture.
• Valid ID card and NPWP.
