📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue for ARKA’s drone shows and tech-powered experiences.
• Manage client relationships, from initial contact to post-event follow-up, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate logistics, marketing, and operations for drone shows.
• Analyze sales data using tools like Salesforce and Google Analytics to identify trends and optimize performance.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to network with potential clients and partners.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in drone entertainment to propose innovative solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and target audiences for ARKA’s services.
• Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance and market insights.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the tourism or entertainment industry.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
