As the Head of Stevedoring & Shipping, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of stevedoring operations, including vessel berthing, cargo handling, and port documentation. You will work closely with shipping lines, terminal operators, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and compliant operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and supervise stevedoring operations, including vessel berthing, cargo handling, and port documentation.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, terminal operators, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and compliant operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve stevedoring efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including those related to maritime safety and environmental protection.
• Monitor and analyze stevedoring performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Lead and mentor a team of stevedoring and shipping professionals.
• Represent Emitraco Transportasi Mandiri at industry events and conferences.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in the stevedoring and shipping industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in stevedoring and shipping operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing stevedoring operations and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of maritime regulations, including those related to safety, security, and environmental protection.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with port management software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Certification in maritime safety and security, such as ISM or ISPS, is a plus.
• Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
