📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the local market, focusing on Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and surrounding areas.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the local sales landscape.
• Set and track sales targets, providing regular feedback and performance reviews to your team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, both new and existing, to foster long-term business growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of sales efforts with other business functions.
• Monitor and report on key sales metrics, providing insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing, applying this knowledge to enhance your team's performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in a similar role or industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and developing sales teams.
• Strong understanding of the local market dynamics in Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and surrounding areas.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using sales management software, such as Salesforce or Zoho CRM.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
