📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Install, configure, and maintain servers and operating systems.
• Monitor and maintain IT security measures, including firewalls, antivirus software, and intrusion detection systems.
• Provide technical support to employees, including hardware and software troubleshooting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure and network administration.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLAN.
• Experience with server operating systems, including Windows Server and Linux.
• Knowledge of IT security best practices and tools, including firewalls, antivirus software, and intrusion detection systems.
• Experience with ITIL framework and best practices.
