📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and maintain detailed technical drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
• Collaborate with interior designers and architects to ensure accurate representation of design concepts
• Coordinate with contractors and other stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies in drawings
• Develop and maintain design standards and templates for consistency across projects
• Prepare construction documents, including plans, elevations, and sections, for project execution
• Review and approve drawings to ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in interior design and CAD software
• Provide technical support to the design team and assist in training new team members

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in CAD design and drafting, preferably in the interior design industry
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
• Strong understanding of construction techniques and materials
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Indonesia
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Portfolio showcasing previous CAD design and drafting work
