Estate Supervisor

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of estate properties, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
• Manage and coordinate with maintenance teams, vendors, and contractors to address property issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve tenant satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify areas for improvement.
• Manage tenant relations, addressing concerns and providing excellent customer service.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive reports on property performance and tenant feedback.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute property improvement projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of managing estate properties with a focus on operational efficiency and tenant satisfaction.
• Strong knowledge of property management software such as Yardi or AppFolio.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in Property Management (CPM) or similar is a plus.
• Familiarity with local regulations and ordinances in Bogor Utara, Jawa Barat.
