As an Entertainment Manager at Belitung Luxury Resorts & Events, you'll be responsible for planning and executing a variety of entertainment activities, from themed parties to live concerts. You'll work closely with our event planners, chefs, and other stakeholders to ensure that every detail is perfect, creating memories that our guests will cherish for a lifetime. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and coordinate live performances, including hiring and managing entertainers such as musicians, dancers, and magicians.
• Develop and implement entertainment programs for various events and parties, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and creativity.
• Oversee the setup and execution of entertainment activities, working closely with event planners and technical staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage a team of entertainers, providing guidance and support to ensure their performances are top-notch.
• Collaborate with chefs and other stakeholders to create themed entertainment experiences that align with the overall event concept.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of entertainers, providing feedback and making necessary adjustments to improve their skills and performance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the entertainment industry, incorporating new ideas into our events.
• Ensure that all entertainment activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Entertainment Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in event management or entertainment, with a proven track record of success in planning and executing live performances.
• Strong knowledge of event planning software, such as Cvent or Eventbrite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team of professionals.
• Creative and innovative thinker, with a passion for creating unforgettable entertainment experiences.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR is a plus.
