📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of condominium and building properties, ensuring they meet luxury standards.
• Maintain and enhance property standards through regular inspections and maintenance programs.
• Manage and coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
• Handle resident inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and present regular reports to management and residents, highlighting property performance and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry best practices.
• Implement energy-efficient and sustainable practices to reduce operational costs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, vendors, and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, with a focus on luxury or high-end properties.
• Certified in Property Management (MCST) or equivalent certification.
• Proficient in using SAP Property Management and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong knowledge of local regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
