In this role, you will be responsible for handling the entire payroll process, from data entry to final payment distribution. You will work closely with our Japanese clients to ensure that their payroll needs are met efficiently and accurately. This position requires a thorough understanding of Japanese payroll laws, including tax regulations, labor laws, and social insurance contributions. You will use tools like Payroll Master and Workday to manage and process payroll data.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the entire payroll process for Japanese clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Japanese payroll laws.
• Process payroll data using Payroll Master and Workday.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment distribution to employees.
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports.
• Handle payroll inquiries and resolve any issues that arise.
• Stay updated with changes in Japanese payroll laws and regulations.
• Work closely with Japanese clients to understand their payroll needs and provide solutions.
• Participate in payroll training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll management, preferably in a Japanese context.
• Proficient in using Payroll Master and Workday.
• Thorough understanding of Japanese payroll laws, including tax regulations, labor laws, and social insurance contributions.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
• Fluent in both English and Japanese, with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in payroll management or a related field is a plus.
