📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various job openings
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs

• Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Research and analyze job markets to identify potential talent pools
• Prepare and distribute job postings on various job boards and company websites
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
• Support the HR team in recruitment-related projects and initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong interest in the HR field, particularly in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook)
• Basic knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking System) software is a plus
