📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in talent acquisition processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
• Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
• Help organize and participate in HR-related events and activities.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry and document management.
• Gain exposure to various HR tools and software, such as SAP SuccessFactors and BambooHR.
• Contribute to team projects and initiatives, demonstrating your commitment and dedication.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with HR concepts and practices, preferably through coursework or previous internships.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
