Field Merchant Acquisition Specialist - Bali (Contract)

We are seeking a dynamic Field Merchant Acquisition Specialist to drive our merchant growth initiatives in Bali (Canggu, Ubud). As part of our team, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new merchant partners, ensuring they meet our quality standards and contribute to our mission of financial inclusion.

In this role, you will engage with local businesses, understand their needs, and demonstrate the value of our products and services. You will work closely with our sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process and provide ongoing support to our merchant partners. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact in the financial lives of small business owners in Bali.

We offer a competitive salary of Rp 4.500.000 - Rp 4.550.000 per month, along with a range of benefits including health insurance, professional development opportunities, and a dynamic work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and evaluate potential merchant partners in Bali, focusing on Canggu and Ubud.
• Conduct site visits to assess merchant suitability and demonstrate the value of our products and services.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new merchant partners.
• Provide ongoing support and training to merchant partners to ensure they maximize the benefits of our products and services.
• Monitor merchant performance and provide feedback to improve their experience and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of merchant information and performance metrics.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of merchant growth strategies.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our merchant acquisition processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in merchant acquisition, sales, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully acquiring and onboarding merchant partners.
• Strong understanding of the financial services industry and a passion for empowering small businesses.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with local businesses.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant sales tools.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
