📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Deliver food and beverages to various departments within the hotel, ensuring timely and accurate service.
• Manage the inventory of food and beverages, including ordering and restocking as needed.
• Assist in setting up and tearing down food stations for events and special occasions.
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure that all food and beverage needs are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all guests receive a positive dining experience.
• Assist with any additional tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the hotel.
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate and complete tasks efficiently.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Familiarity with food and beverage delivery systems and procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items, up to 20 kg.
• Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry.
• Friendly and professional demeanor, with a strong customer service orientation.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
