📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement governance frameworks to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of governance, risk management, and control processes.
• Identify and mitigate risks through the development and implementation of risk management strategies.
• Provide regular reports to the board of directors on the status of governance, risk management, and compliance activities.
• Work closely with senior management to ensure that all business activities are aligned with our strategic objectives.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to support the achievement of our strategic goals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Provide guidance and support to other departments on governance, risk management, and compliance matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the tourism and hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of governance, risk management, and compliance principles and practices.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with enterprise risk management software, such as RSA Archer or MetricStream.
• Certification in governance, risk management, and compliance, such as CISA, CRISC, or CGEIT.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and other stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks effectively.
