📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with sales inquiries and transactions,Operate cash register and process payments accurately,Maintain a clean and organized work area,Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships,Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly,Promote products and services to customers,Assist with opening and closing store procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 6 months of experience in a retail or customer service role,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Basic knowledge of cash handling and financial transactions,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is a plus,Proficient in using Microsoft Office or similar software,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
