📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.,Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to optimize stock management.,Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement.,Prepare and maintain operational reports for management.,Implement and enforce safety protocols within the workplace.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to operations.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to operational strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
