📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Provide technical support to employees, resolving hardware and software issues.,Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.,Ensure data security and implement backup and disaster recovery procedures.,Manage user accounts and access permissions.,Stay updated with the latest technology trends and implement new solutions as needed.,Mentor and guide junior system administrators.,Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,5+ years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role.,Strong knowledge of server and network technologies, including Windows Server, Linux, and networking protocols.,Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.,Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash.,Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate are a plus.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
