📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and develop a team of store managers and staff to achieve sales targets and operational excellence.,Implement and maintain store policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.,Ensure high standards of customer service and product quality.,Manage inventory levels and ordering processes to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with the corporate office to ensure alignment with company goals and strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Proven track record of successfully managing and developing retail teams.,Strong understanding of retail operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with POS systems and retail software is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior is an advantage.
