Point Seed Dinamis is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Internal Audit to join our team in Cirebon, Jawa Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the internal audit function, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies, and providing strategic recommendations to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal auditing, a proven track record of successful audits, and excellent leadership and communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and oversee the internal audit function, including planning, scheduling, and execution of audits.,Ensure compliance with regulations, internal policies, and procedures.,Identify and assess risks and opportunities for improvement in the organization.,Prepare and present audit reports and recommendations to senior management.,Develop and implement audit plans and procedures to ensure the effectiveness of the internal audit function.,Provide strategic recommendations to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of the internal audit team and provide coaching and mentoring as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and internal control frameworks.,Proven track record of successful audits and risk assessments.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
