Village Sun Berjaya is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Accountant to join our team in Purwokerto, Jawa Tengah. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounting functions of our company, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing strategic financial advice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the accounting department, including budgeting, financial reporting, and payroll processing.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.,Provide strategic financial advice to senior management, including cost analysis and financial forecasting.,Supervise and mentor junior accountants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Maintain strong relationships with external auditors and other financial stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as external regulations.,Participate in the annual budgeting process, providing insights and recommendations based on financial performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with a strong background in financial reporting and analysis.,Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA is a plus.,Strong knowledge of accounting software, including SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with senior management and other departments.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
