As a Store Operator, you will be responsible for managing store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store operations including opening and closing procedures,Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally,Process sales transactions accurately,Maintain a clean and attractive store display,Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages,Assist in training new staff members,Participate in team meetings and contribute to store improvement initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or store operations,Strong communication and customer service skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Basic knowledge of inventory management,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems,Good organizational and time management skills,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 lbs,Willingness to work in a hybrid environment
