PT Akasia Prima is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate our fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a passion for ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services. This role is crucial in maintaining our company's efficiency and meeting our customers' needs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Ensure all vehicles are in safe and proper working condition.,Oversee fuel and maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns and extend vehicle life.,Monitor and maintain compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and fuel consumption.,Handle any vehicle-related issues or emergencies promptly and effectively.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and any areas needing improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Valid driver's license and experience driving various types of vehicles.
