PT Unggul Bintang Corporindo is seeking a dedicated Field Collection professional to join our team in Klaten, Jawa Tengah. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting payments from clients and ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions. This is a crucial position that plays a significant role in the financial health of our company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Visit client locations to collect payments and manage accounts receivable,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions,Follow up on overdue payments and negotiate payment plans with clients,Provide excellent customer service to clients and address their concerns,Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting,Monitor cash flow and provide regular reports to management,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the company

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in field collection or related roles,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively,Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines,Flexibility to travel to various client locations,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
