📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in planning and executing events, from concept to completion.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and event staff to ensure seamless operations.
• Support event managers in organizing logistics, including venue setup, equipment, and catering.
• Assist in marketing and promoting events through social media and other channels.
• Learn and use event management software such as Eventbrite, Cvent, or similar tools.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas and solutions.
• Help with post-event evaluations and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.
• Assist in maintaining event documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Enthusiasm and passion for the events industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
