📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations, including inventory control, stock replenishment, and sales tracking.,Oversee staff scheduling, performance, and training to ensure high levels of customer service and sales.,Implement and monitor sales strategies and promotions to drive revenue growth.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and execute store plans and initiatives.,Provide exceptional customer service and handle customer complaints and inquiries.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring it meets health and safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail software is a plus.,Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
