📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Pastry Chef in preparing and baking pastries and desserts.,Maintain and organize the kitchen and storage areas.,Ensure the quality and freshness of all pastries and desserts.,Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Assist in the preparation of ingredients and doughs.,Help in the decoration and presentation of pastries and desserts.,Assist in the training and development of junior staff.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year experience as an Assistant Pastry Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of various baking techniques and equipment.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes precisely.,Familiarity with hygiene and food safety standards.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
