📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to management.,Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide training and support to sales team members to enhance their performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets in previous positions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong leadership and team management abilities.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
