📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Monitor budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure financial targets are met.,Provide guidance and support to accounting staff to improve efficiency and accuracy.,Participate in financial planning and analysis to support business growth and decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or a related field, preferably in a supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian accounting standards.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance is a plus.
