Design and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet the needs of our clients,Work closely with our team of experts to ensure that our solutions are scalable, secure, and user-friendly,Provide technical leadership and guidance to our team members,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in ServiceNow,Collaborate with our clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions,Monitor and maintain our ServiceNow solutions to ensure they are performing optimally,Provide training and support to our team members and clients as needed,Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and best practices🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field,5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect,Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform, including its architecture, components, and best practices,Experience with HRSD (Human Resource Service Delivery) solutions in ServiceNow,Experience with Agile methodologies and tools,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team🛠️ Keahlian
