📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Developing and maintaining accurate cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
• Monitoring project costs and preparing regular cost reports for senior management.
• Conducting cost analyses to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve project efficiency.
• Ensuring compliance with project specifications, contracts, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborating with project teams to resolve cost-related issues and ensure timely project delivery.
• Providing cost advice and recommendations to support project decision-making.
• Managing subcontractor and supplier costs to optimize project profitability.
• Ensuring accurate and timely submission of cost information for financial reporting and auditing purposes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying or cost estimation for construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction industry, including local regulations and practices.
• Proficiency in using cost estimation software and project management tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid professional certification (e.g., RICS, CIOB, or equivalent) is a plus.
