📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of store crew members, ensuring high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction.,Oversee store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and shelf organization.,Maintain a clean and well-presented store environment, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent service and resolving issues promptly.,Monitor store sales and performance, providing regular reports to the store manager.,Train and develop store crew members, ensuring they meet company standards and customer service expectations.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth store operations and customer service.,Participate in store events and promotions, contributing to the overall success of the store.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role within a retail environment.,Proven track record of managing and developing a team of store crew members.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
