📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process for new employees,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts,Organize and facilitate training and development programs,Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback,Support the HR manager in strategic HR planning and initiatives,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and documentation

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
