📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and sales.,Maintain and update customer databases.,Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.,Provide excellent customer service over the phone.,Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.,Collaborate with the sales team to support overall business goals.,Attend training sessions and workshops to improve skills.,Report on daily activities and sales performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Good understanding of sales techniques and strategies.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
