📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head barista in preparing and serving coffee and beverages to customers.,Maintain and clean coffee equipment and work areas.,Stock and manage inventory of coffee beans, supplies, and equipment.,Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines and regulations.,Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.,Assist in training and developing new baristas.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the coffee shop.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a barista or similar role in the coffee industry.,Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.,Good communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.,Strong attention to detail and ability to follow food safety guidelines.,Familiarity with point of sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 lbs.,Valid food handler's permit or willingness to obtain one.
